Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Covering multiple sites across Wales, including areas such as Builth Wells, Carmarthen, Aberystwyth, and others as required
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary on going
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required
Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services across multiple sites in Wales. This role involves travel between locations, so applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities for a Cleaner:
- Carry out cleaning duties across various sites, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained
- Clean offices, restrooms, kitchens, corridors, and communal areas as required
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls
- Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and instructions
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and COSHH regulations
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor or site contact
- Work flexibly to cover different sites and respond to operational needs
Requirements for a Cleaner:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and safe working practices
