  • Commercial & Financial Management: Oversee the contract’s commercial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving efficiencies to ensure maximum value and profitability.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in critical engineering environments—preferably within data centre management or facilities management in mission-critical settings. You will be a forward-thinking, proactive leader with the following qualifications and expertise:

  • Expertise in Critical Environments: Extensive experience in managing or engineering high-availability environments, with a strong focus on critical infrastructure, high-voltage systems, and data centre operations.
  • Proven Leadership & Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing engineering teams, delivering both operational excellence and service innovation.
  • Commercial Acumen: A strong track record in managing budgets, contracts, and SLAs, with an eye for driving cost-effective, value-adding decisions.
  • Strong Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid background in building services, facilities management, and critical engineering systems.

You will play a critical part in shaping the future of a world-class mission-critical facility while working for a leading global facilities management business. This is your chance to contribute to the ongoing success of an investment bank and asset management firm renowned for its innovation and impact.

  • Competitive Salary & Benefits: Attractive salary package, OTE earnings of £95,000 – £100,000, annual bonus, car allowance, private pension, and comprehensive healthcare.
  • Career Development: Access to industry-leading training and development opportunities, with the chance to progress your career within a dynamic and growing business.
