Mechanical Engineer – £45,000 + plenty of overtime + excellent training provided + progression opportunities
An established facilities management company is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a large team in a commercial site. This role is working in a large site in the Tottenham Court Road area covering the landlord services, carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance. It’s an excellent opportunity for a reliable engineer who is looking for long-term stability, and progression pathways.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver both scheduled and emergency mechanical maintenance across a commercial site
- Inspect, service, and repair HVAC equipment including AHUs, fan coil units, pumps, valves, and associated pipework
- Maintain hot and cold water systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Identify faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs or component replacements
- Work safely at all times, adhering to health, safety, and industry standards
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients on site
- Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance records
About you:
- Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities management environments
- Confident in mechanical diagnostics and fault finding
- Comfortable working autonomously and organising your own workload
