Multiskilled Shift Lead (Electrical Bias) Salary: £60k+
Location: Central London
Start: Immediate
I am recruiting an experienced Multiskilled Shift Lead (Electrical Bias) to join a critical, high-profile commercial site. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge and proven shift management experience.
Key Requirements:
- Electrical bias with strong HVAC knowledge
- Extensive building services experience
- Proven leadership / shift lead experience
- Authorised Person (AP) status highly desirable
Duties:
- Lead engineers on shift
- PPMs, fault finding, and reactive maintenance
- Ensure compliance and safe systems of work
