€60,000 inclusive of Shift + Annual Bonus 10% = €66,000 + Some Neg available

Are you ready to advance your career with one of the largest Data Centre organisations in the world? We are partnering with a global leader to recruit a team of highly Skilled Electrical/Mechanical Shift Technicians for their state-of-the-art Critical Data Centre in Northern Holland.
Position Overview:
As an Electrical/Mechanical Shift Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of a cutting-edge data centre. Working in a mission-critical environment, you’ll ensure uninterrupted power and optimal performance through expert maintenance, fault diagnosis, and adherence to strict operational standards.

Your Responsibilities:
· Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
· High Voltage (HV) Switching and management.
· Performing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks throughout the facilities – HVAC.
· Working on Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical systems.
· Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all systems meet operational standards.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
Candidate Profile
· Proven experience in electrical/mechanical engineering, preferably in critical environments such as data centres, hospitals, or industrial facilities.
· Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS systems, emergency power systems and HVAC
· Relevant technical certifications or qualifications (e.g., HV/LV Switching).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
· Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
