Position: Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Type: Permanent
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: £38,000 basic plus OT and on call payment. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple facility types in the Newcastle area. You will be expected to have good all – round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance. The role is a Permanent position paying circa £38,000 basic. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days. Overtime availalbe. On call 1 in 4/6 £100 standby payment. Vehicle supplied with personal use.

Duties & Responsibilities
Completing electrical maintenance across commercial grade facilities.
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines
Basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required
Compliance checks
Small works projects

Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3
Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance
18th edition
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable and reliable
Valid Driving license
