Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance of commercial facilities. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
Key Duties:
- Planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems
- Fault finding and repairs on HVAC, water supply, and drainage systems
- Installation, repair, and upgrade of mechanical plant and equipment
- Carrying out inspections and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Completing maintenance reports and service documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance or building services role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems within commercial environments
- Ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
- Relevant mechanical or plumbing qualifications preferred
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach
