Contract Manager – £65,000 – £75,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to lead a high-profile soft services and hospitality contract within a prestigious corporate environment in central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of service delivery, ensuring exceptional standards across hospitality, cleaning, front-of-house, and associated soft services. This role requires a confident leader who can balance operational excellence with strong client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management and performance of a multi-disciplinary soft services and hospitality team
- Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with the client on site
- Financial management of the contract, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and service enhancement
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, statutory requirements, and company policies
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing soft services and/or hospitality contracts within a corporate or commercial environment
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams
- Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable (or working towards)
