Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Salisbury
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join a well-established and growing team in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable role with varied work and long-term progression.
The Role As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across site. The role requires a strong electrical background alongside general mechanical and building services knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out PPMs in line with schedules
- Responding to and resolving reactive maintenance issues
- Electrical fault finding, testing, and repairs
- General mechanical and fabric maintenance where required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations
- Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
Requirements
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
