Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Location: London
Directly Employed by a Premiership Football Club
Salary: £47,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – Days (11-hour shift including 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Start & Finish Time: Typically, 7:00am-6:00pm (flexibility required on match days)
Overview
A leading London-based Premier League football club is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day building maintenance operations across a diverse and high-profile estate. This includes the Stadium, Hotel, Gym, Museum and associated facilities.This role is ideal for a multi-skilled maintenance professional with either an electrical or mechanical bias who also has proven supervisory experience within a building maintenance environment.Key
Responsibilities
· Supervise and support a team of both newly recruited and long-serving maintenance engineers.
· Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive M&E maintenance.
· Ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation of building systems and plant.
· Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple on-site facilities including stadium, hospitality and public areas.
· Support match day operations where maintenance coverage may extend into evening hours.
· Maintain high standards of service delivery within a busy and high-profile environment.
Candidate Requirements
· Proven experience in building maintenance within a commercial or large-scale facilities environment.
· Multi-skilled engineer with either electrical or mechanical bias.
· Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
· Strong understanding of M&E planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
· Ability to manage and motivate a mixed-experience engineering team.
· Flexible approach to working hours, particularly around midweek evening matches.
