PRS Recruitment is recruiting a Mobile Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at Bexley
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Fabric Handyman currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £18 per hour with a potential temp to perm position.
Duties:
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
- Lamp changing
- Take Tap Temperatures
- Flushing
- PPM’s
- Reactive maintenance
- Assist other engineers onsite as required
- Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
