Electrical / Mechanical Data Centre Shift Technician
Northern Holland – Groningen / Eemshaven
OTE €85,000+ | Company Car | €5,000 Training Budget | Relocation Package (EU)

We are partnering with a global data centre leader to hire experienced Electrical / Mechanical Shift Technicians to join hyperscale facilities in Northern Holland.

Minimum Requirements (Essential)
To be considered, you must have:
- Proven experience in a mission-critical environment (Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Industrial, Critical Manufacturing etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Electrical distribution systems
- UPS systems & emergency power
- HVAC / mechanical plant
- Experience working on LV and/or HV systems
- Formal technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- EU passport or right to work within the EU (relocation support provided)
Candidates without mission-critical or data centre experience unfortunately cannot be considered.
The Position
Working within a live critical environment, you will:
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Carry out fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance
- Operate and manage LV/HV switching
- Maintain critical power services – UPS, generators, LV/HV, cooling infrastructure
- Ensure zero downtime and operational excellence
You will be part of a highly skilled shift engineering team operating at hyperscale level.
