BMS Mobile Engineer — Trend Controls Specialist

Mon- Fri 8am-5pm

Up to 50K on offer

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a mobile position ideally suited to a candidate based in or around Newcastle, covering the East Coast corridor. The successful candidate will be Trend accredited, fully electrically qualified, and comfortable working independently across a varied portfolio of BMS PPM services, remedial call-out works, and project installations.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems across client sites
• Respond to remedial call-outs, diagnosing and resolving BMS faults efficiently
• Support and deliver project works including commissioning and installation of Trend Controls systems
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all site visits, works carried out, and outstanding actions
• Liaise professionally with clients on-site, providing technical guidance and updates as required
• Travel along the East Coast as required, with flexibility on the extent of the travel range

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Trend Controls systems
• Trend Expert qualification / Trend accreditation (essential)
• Full electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Valid full UK driving licence
• Sound mechanical knowledge relevant to BMS and HVAC environments
• Proven experience in BMS PPM, fault-finding, and remedial works
• Ability to work independently in a mobile, field-based role
