Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a role with excellent benefits and genuine career progression?
We’re seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading building services provider, supporting a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Chelsea and Kensington. Working within high-end corporate and commercial environments, you’ll carry out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and minor installation works.

The Role

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs on commercial building systems
• Minor electrical installation works
• Inspection, testing and compliance works
• Working on single and three-phase systems
• Client-facing role within premium commercial environments
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current BS7671 regulations

What We’re Looking For
✅ City & Guilds Level 3 (2357) or equivalent apprenticeship
✅ AM2 Qualified
✅ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
✅ CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent
✅ Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
✅ Professional, customer-focused approach
