Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building partnerships and creating long-term business opportunities?
We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation and play a key role in driving new business growth across a diverse portfolio of clients and sectors.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives on developing new relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that create long-term value for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Building and developing a pipeline of new business opportunities across multiple sectors
• Creating and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders and prospective clients
• Identifying opportunities for long-term service partnerships and recurring revenue growth
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract award
• Working closely with operational and technical teams to develop tailored client solutions
• Representing the business at networking events, industry functions and client meetings
• Contributing to strategic growth plans and helping shape future business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For
• A proven track record in business development, sales or account growth
• Experience selling services or solutions within a related sector such as facilities management, property, construction, engineering, energy, workplace services, technical services, recruitment or business services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach
• Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results
• The ability to identify opportunities and turn conversations into long-term partnerships
