Phoenix Recruitment Services are seeking for School Caretakers for short/long term Temporary contracts and Temp to Perm scenarios within educational establishments.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong DIY skills or specific trade qualification
- Reliable with excellent time keeping
- Fit & Healthy for moving furniture from floor to floor,
- Groundwork etc.
- Team Player.
- Various hours/shifts. Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Ensuring the school buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard, including routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance on school property.
- Managing heating, lighting, and security systems, ensuring the building remains safe and operational.
- Opening and closing the school premises at the start and end of each day.
- Overseeing the care of outdoor areas, including grounds maintenance.
- Responding to any urgent maintenance or repair issues as they arise.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
