Front of House Facilities Co-ordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Fife
Hours: Part-Time, 2.5 Days Per Week
Pay: £13.00 per hour

Contract: Temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Front of House Facilities Co-ordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a front-facing role, delivering exceptional customer service whilst supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy workplace.
 
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and colleagues, always ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. The role involves reception duties (approximately 10%) with some concierge responsibilities (10%).
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house reception service
  • Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Assisting customers with requests and providing support where required
  • Coordinating visitor access and sign-in procedures
  • Supporting facilities-related administration tasks
  • Producing and updating documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintaining reception and communal areas to a high standard
  • Assisting with concierge-style services as required
  • Building positive relationships with customers, visitors, and colleagues

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Is professional, approachable, and friendly in their manner
  • Has previous reception, front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service experience
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Possesses strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Can work independently whilst remaining a team player
  • Always maintains a professional appearance and attitude
  • Is flexible and willing to provide additional cover when required

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to cover additional shifts during periods of annual leave and sickness absence
  • Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
