Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer – Oxfordshire
Location: Oxfordshire – Mobile
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Call Out: 1 in 8
Overtime: 1 in 5
Vehicle: Company van + fuel card
PRS are currently recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial buildings across Oxfordshire.
The role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties, ensuring all building services and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
The Role:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Maintenance of lighting, power and electrical systems
- General building services and facilities maintenance
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests
- Completing planned maintenance schedules
- Identifying and resolving faults across building services
- Working across multiple commercial sites
- Participating in a 1 in 8 call-out rota
- Overtime available on a 1 in 5 basis
The Candidate:
- Qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer
- Strong electrical bias
- Relevant electrical qualifications and 18th Edition
- Previous commercial facilities maintenance experience
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
