Building Maintenance Engineer
Coalville
£36,000 per annum – temp to perm

Facilities Maintenance Engineer required to join our client working at a static site in Coalville on a temp to perm contract. This position is working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, parking available on site. On call rota 1 in 2 (standby payment paid). 

Main duties:

  • Lighting maintenance,emergency light tests.
  • Fire alarm tests.
  • General basic plumbing, tap temperatures.
  • Escorting specialist sub-contractors around site.

Main requirements:

  • Formal trade qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ).
  • Electrical knowledge/experience.
  • Happy to start on a temp to perm basis.
