Building Maintenance Engineer
Coalville
£36,000 per annum – temp to perm
Facilities Maintenance Engineer required to join our client working at a static site in Coalville on a temp to perm contract. This position is working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, parking available on site. On call rota 1 in 2 (standby payment paid).
Main duties:
- Lighting maintenance,emergency light tests.
- Fire alarm tests.
- General basic plumbing, tap temperatures.
- Escorting specialist sub-contractors around site.
Main requirements:
- Formal trade qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ).
- Electrical knowledge/experience.
- Happy to start on a temp to perm basis.
