Electrical Engineer – Static Site
Location: South London
Salary: £48,000+ per annum

A leading and well-established company is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team on a static site in South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in building services and electrical maintenance who is looking for a stable, long-term position with a large organisation.
The Role: As the Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a large commercial site, ensuring all systems and equipment remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding and electrical repairs
- Maintaining electrical building services systems
- Carrying out inspections, testing and remedial works
- Responding to breakdowns and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Completing maintenance records and relevant documentation
- Working safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Liaising with contractors, clients and other members of the engineering team
Requirements The successful candidate will have:
- Level 3 Electrical qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Previous experience working as an Electrical Engineer
- Strong building services experience
- Previous maintenance experience, ideally within a commercial environment
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A strong understanding of electrical systems and building services
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
