We’re recruiting two Contract Support professionals to join a well-established on-site team in St Albans, working at our client’s premises in support of the wellbeing arm of a large contract. You’ll be part of a team of eight, and the point of contact for the people you support, five days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as first-line contact for support queries from client staff
• Logging, triaging and resolving tickets through to completion
• Supporting hardware, software and peripheral issues on site
• Setting up and configuring equipment for new starters and moves
• Keeping users informed and closing the loop on every request
• Maintaining accurate asset and activity records
• Working to agreed SLAs and flagging risks to the contract management team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a customer-facing support or service desk role
• A calm, professional manner with people at all levels
• Solid troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach
• Comfortable working on a client site, representing us well in someone else’s building
• Strong written and verbal communication and reliable timekeeping
• Right to work in the UK

What’s on Offer:

• £29,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 — no weekend work
