Van Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – South London
Locations : South London – from Surbiton, Putney, Wimbledon, Red Hill, Reigate, Bromley, Croydon.
Salary: £43,000 + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across South London – from Surbiton, Putney, Wimbledon, Red Hill, Reigate, Bromley, Croydon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and general building services equipment.
- HVAC systems, Boilers and combustion plant, Pumps, valves, pipework, and water systems, Electrical distribution, lighting, and small power
- Basic fabric maintenance when required (doors, locks, fixtures, minor repairs).
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- City and Guilds 18th Edition
- Full UK driving licence.
