Van Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – South East London
 Locations : South East London – Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark.
 Salary: £45,000 + Overtime
 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across South London – from Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and general building services equipment.
• HVAC systems, Boilers and combustion plant, Pumps, valves, pipework, and water systems, Electrical distribution, lighting, and small power
• Basic fabric maintenance when required (doors, locks, fixtures, minor repairs).

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• City and Guilds 18th Edition 
• Full UK driving licence.
