Van Mobile Multi Trader
Location: Central London (Mobile)
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Van Mobile Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance company delivering exceptional maintenance services to some of Central London’s most prestigious residential properties.

Working across prime and super-prime homes, you’ll carry out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety, and can provide outstanding customer service in high-end residential environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, and basic electrical repairs.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to high-specification fixtures, fittings, and finishes.
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as well as reactive maintenance tasks.
• Work carefully and professionally within occupied luxury homes, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and colleagues, providing clear updates on works carried out.
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards while keeping work areas clean and tidy.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within high-end residential or luxury property maintenance.
• Strong all-round trade skills across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering first-class workmanship.
• A professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Relevant trade qualifications or a completed apprenticeship (desirable).
• The right to work in the UK.
