We are seeking to recruit a Temporary Accounts Administrator based in Hamilton.The role is temporary – 8 week contract – Paying £10.26 per hour – Based on working Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours – 8.30am – 5pm
Job Specification:
In this role you will provide administrative and invoicing support.
You will be committed to ensuring that the contract billing process is efficient and all processes are adhered to.
As an administrator in the contract billing team, you will ensure all documentation is processed to ensure accurate invoicing, and monitoring project costs. You will also raise purchase orders for sub-contracted works, and ensure all quotations are dealt with according to the client processes and will be the first point of contact for any contract billing queries. You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client.
The ideal candidate will need to have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Great planning and organising skills
A one team approach
Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
Attention to detail and works accurately
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience of working in a busy corporate environment
Experience of using Navision and ELO are desirable (training will be given)
