Maintenance Operative for 3-Month Project – Commercial Sites
Location: Chichester
Contract Length: 3 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rate: £13-£16
We’re recruiting a dependable and skilled maintenance operative to support a 3-month project across commercial sites in Chichester and the surrounding areas. If you have experience with minor repairs and high-level cleaning—and take pride in quality work—we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete light repair and maintenance tasks (e.g., patching, painting, fixtures).
- Perform high-level cleaning duties (e.g., ceilings, signage, lighting).
- Maintain safe, tidy, and professional standards on site.
- Communicate with site contacts to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a general maintenance or repair role.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence- the client will provide a company van to travel between the sites.
- Confident working at height (using ladders or access equipment).
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.
