Job Opportunity: Maintenance Plumber – Commercial Buildings (Southampton)
Initial 3-Month Contract – Potential for Extension
Location: Southampton
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £18 Per Hour- PAYE Basis
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work across a range of commercial properties in the Southampton area.
Role Overview:
- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings
- Ensuring all works are completed to high standards and within health & safety guidelines
- Collaborating with on-site teams to minimise disruption and maintain service levels
Requirements:
- MUST have commercial maintenance experience within the facilities maintenance industry
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
- Proven track record in plumbing maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
