What You’ll Be Doing:·       Preparing fresh, seasonal dishes for both daily service and hospitality events·       Supporting menu planning, ordering, and cost control·       Leading by example in food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards·       Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff·       Ensuring consistency in portioning, presentation, and quality·       Engaging with clients and guests to deliver a great dining experience·       Minimising food waste and promoting sustainable practices·       Keeping accurate records for compliance and audits
