Maintenance Engineer

£17 – £25 per hour – 1 weeks work
Facilities Maintenance Engineer required for a weeks work in Birmingham to start on Monday 1st September. Must be available for work and live within reasonable commuting distance of Birmingham.
Main duties:
- Basic electrical work such as lamping, emergency light testing and compliance checks.
- Basic plumbing work such as leaks, taps, toilets, water temperature.
- Basic fabric work as and when required such as painting, lock changing.
