Maintenance Plumber – Bristol
Location: Bristol
Salary: £38,000 per annum + On-Call Standby
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities management provider for a Maintenance Plumber to join their team in Bristol. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber to work across a high-profile commercial site.

The Role As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the site. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard, supporting the wider facilities management team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake planned maintenance and reactive plumbing repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations.
  • Support the site team in maintaining efficient building services operations.
  • Provide on-call support 1 in 2 weeks, responding to emergencies as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified plumber with relevant NVQ or City & Guilds certification.
  • Previous experience in commercial or facilities maintenance plumbing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rota.

Package & Benefits
