Resident Maintenance Engineer
Burton-on-Trent
£32 – £33,000 per annum
Permanent static role for a fabric/building maintenance engineer at a prestigious site in Burton-On-Trent. We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work as part of a team to effectively deliver planed and reactive maintenance to the building, working days Monday – Friday.
Your main duties will include:
- Painting and decorating
- Replacement of floor tiles
- Minor plumbing such as leaks, taps, toilets
- Basic electrical maintenance such as lamp changes, emergency light tests
- Maintenance of the pool plant
- Ensure all work is carried out within H&S requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Formal trade qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ) in a trade such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc.
- Ability to use internal IT systems and communicate effectively using (Microsoft 365)·
- Friendly & approachable nature with great communication skills.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £32 – £33,000 per annum, 23 days annual leave plus stats, and opportunity to boost earnings via call out and overtime.
