Maintenance Electrician
Location: Southampton
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Perks: No call-out, free on-site parking
We’re working with a facilities maintenance provider looking to add a Maintenance Electrician to their on-site team at a commercial site in Southampton.
This is a static, full-time position with regular weekday hours, no call-out, no travel between sites, and free on-site parking.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Respond to faults and carry out necessary repairs or adjustments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and site protocols
- Support other site operations and liaise with contractors where necessary
What you’ll need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Preffered but 17th Edition Considered
- Experience in commercial building maintenance
- Good understanding of fault-finding and electrical safety
