The Role We’re seeking a skilled HV Electrical Shift Leader to take charge of high-voltage operations and ensure uninterrupted performance of critical electrical systems. Leading a team on a continental shift pattern, you’ll be responsible for maintenance, fault response, and HV switching in a high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support your shift team in delivering safe and effective electrical maintenance.
- Perform HV switching operations in accordance with site-specific safety protocols.
- Maintain and repair essential systems including generators, UPS, and HV/LV switchgear.
- Manage critical events and provide timely, accurate client reporting.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive improvements in service delivery and energy efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- HV Authorised Person (AP) status (AP15) – highly desirable.
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- Proven experience in critical environments (e.g. data centres, finance, healthcare).
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
