Contract Manager – Facilities Management
Location: Southampton
Contract: 3 Months
Start: ASAP

Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking for an experienced Contract Manager for a 3-month interim assignment based on-site in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of hard and soft FM services across the site
• Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Ensure H&S, quality, and statutory compliance
• Drive performance, cost efficiency, and service improvements

Requirements:

• Proven background in contract management within FM (essential)
• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or building services (essential)
• Strong operational and client management skills
• Knowledge of compliance standards and health & safety regulations
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
