Critical Services Shift-Supervisor – LondonOur client Leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management is looking to hire technically astute engineering supervisor to work at site belling to International American Financial services firm
Continental shift patter: 7am -7pm
Salary@ 55K base +1.5K shift allowance (Salary goes up another 1k when HVAP status is attained)
The RoleOversee critical services team resolving day-to-day work orders in critical client environments. Manage workload, schedules and team activities to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. will have an engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate support team operations, providing holiday/training/sickness cover
- Review work logs and ensure completion through in-house systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and security requirements
- Point of contact for client and management escalation
- Evaluate Planned Preventative Maintenance and recommend improvements
- Resolve complex operational problems and establish new techniques
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED + 5+ years relevant experience
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in BS7671:2008 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th edition)
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Physical requirements: lifting 50+ lbs, climbing stairs/ladders
- Expert Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
