My client is looking for an electrical engineer or improver who will be joining a maintenance team at an internationally acclaimed museum in the heart of the London. The large building enjoys hundreds of different lighting features than need to be kept in tip top condition.
Shift: Monday to FridayTime: 7am -4pm or 8 am – 5pmSalary up to 37,0000 per annumBenefits: Assure progression , subsidized canteen servicing high quality food at wholesale prices , and the opportunity to work in one of the worlds most recognizable building in the world.
Main duties :
- Assemble and install electrical components (Mainly lighting) using hand tools and power tools
- Test completed installations for functionality
- Troubleshoot and repair faults for regular and emergency lighting
- Replacing electrical blubs and sockets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work alongside the lead electrician and develop relevant site experience
Essential
- Some formal electrical training
- ECS or CSCS card.
- Ability to work at height and in various outdoor environments.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
