Role: Team Lead – Site Support
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Rate: £13.50 per hour

Main Duties:
- Coordinate day-to-day site support duties in line with internal guidelines and agreed targets.
- Use handheld tech to manage assigned tasks and job requests.
- Oversee team availability, ensuring coverage and managing planned time off.
- Maintain supply levels for key materials and submit restock requests as needed.
- Record and report working hours and any unplanned absences.
- Support with training and knowledge sharing following industry-recognized standards.
- Lead regular on-site briefings and ensure team alignment with company expectations.
- Liaise with line management on any operational concerns.
- Encourage a positive working relationship with on-site partners and contacts.
Ideal Background:
- Previous experience in a team lead or coordination role, preferably in a hands-on support environment.
- Understanding of workplace safety and chemical handling is helpful.
- Confidence in team supervision, motivating others, and maintaining service quality.
