We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to cover a short term temp role in Edinburgh on a office facility providing general electrical maintenance
two days work. 8 hours per day. £19 PAYE – £22 Umbrella. Circa 8am – 4.30pm

Duties & Responsibilities
Completing building services / electrical maintenance
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
Mechanical and fabric tasks where required
Compliance checks

Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional Electrical engineering qualification, Level 3
18th edition
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records
Familiar with Facilities Management Sector
