This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering/technical manager to join one of the leaders in the commercial real estate management in the UK, working directly for the managing agent. While managing agent experience is preferred, our customer are open to those working on the Facilities Maintenance / Service Provider side interested in a move towards being the client and the added benefits, prestige and job security which come with that.
Outside of strong technical expertise within electrical, mechanical and general HVAC systems, the role will be outward facing – liaising with developers, property and tenants. As much as this engineering bias, a client-facing and personable approach is key in fostering relations and day-to-day interaction with various stakeholders.
With a number of high-profile properties under management and a growing reputation within the London & UK market, this is a fantastic time to join with career development through training and promotion all on the table.
