We are recruiting for an M&E Technical Services Manager based in Leicester to take control of asset, service and contract operations on a key estate in the region. This will include maintenance audits as well as engineering project management activities. Our client is keen to hear from candidates with managing agent/client side experience. 

The ideal candidate would need to have a technical bias, be highly proficient in FM (Hard) and good at liaising with multiple stakeholders, and be comfortable operating between for the end user and the hard FM provider. 

Your main responsibilities will include leading the planning and delivery of all technical services, including reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring optimal performance across hard services. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with statutory legislation, health and safety standards, and site policies, acting as the lead for all technical audits and assurance checks.

Our client is also keen to speak to Technical Services Managers with experience of working on projects, both small works and multi-million pound projects, as there is a  pipeline and backlog of projects on the estate, ranging from lifecycle, refurbishment, HVAC/M&E and fabric projects.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between 50-60k, on site 5 out of 7 days per week – 40 hours per week (you will need to be act as a duty manager on weekends, approx 1 in 4). Flexible benefits and generous bonus scheme for the right candidate.
