Shift Technician – Data Center
Location: Borough of Tower Hamlets, London
Salary: £44,000 – £45,000
Shift Pattern: Continental days & nights, 06:30 – 18:30 / 18:30 – 06:30
We’re looking for a skilled Shift Technician to join our team at a prestigious Data Center. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, with genuine career development and upskilling opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out PPMs, plant checks, UPS switches and inspections
- Assisting with contractor escort and deliveries
- Fault diagnosis and repair of AHUs, FCUs and related systems
- Conducting lighting testing
- Supporting the smooth running of the site (no switching work required)
What We’re Looking For
- Basic electrical qualifications
- Proven experience with fault diagnosis in HVAC systems
- Hands-on experience with lighting testing
- A proactive, safety-conscious approach
- Experience in critical or related environments
