Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – A full UK driving licence is required 

Covering the Southwest & Midlands (sites in Bristol, Wales, Devon, Swindon and Midlands)
Work from home – Expected to travel to sites regularily 
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
Salary – £7,315PA
Start date – Immediate Start 
Van & fuel card provided 

We’re currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of around 14 sites across the Southwest and Midlands.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate. You will be based at home but you will be required to travel to site monthly. 

About the Role:

• Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple locations
• Conducting regular site visits and quality checks
• Organising rotas, covering holidays, and managing performance
• Liasing with clients, conducting regular service reviews and actioning feedback
• Ensuring all work meets health & safety and compliance standard
• Acting as the first point of contact for any on-site issues or client needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous cleaning experience is essential
• Experience managing or supervising cleaners 
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work alone and self motivate 
• Willing to clean when required (Cover needs)
• A flexible, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
• A full UK driving licence is required
