Grounds Person – SO15 Area 📍
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week
💷 Pay: £13.50 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Grounds Person to manage the upkeep and development of our 13-acre site in SO15.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can operate independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and general site maintenance
- Carrying out small landscaping projects to enhance the appearance of the grounds
- Overseeing the development of new outdoor areas
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring the grounds are safe, tidy, and well-kept at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes ownership and enjoys creating and maintaining a beautiful outdoor space.
