Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Static Site
Location: Southampton
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers at a static site in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to manage facilities maintenance for a key client, ensuring smooth and efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical and mechanical engineers.
- Oversee all day-to-day maintenance activities across the site.
- Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and senior management.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance, recommending improvements where needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising a team of engineers in facilities
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations.
- Familiarity with health & safety legislation and compliance standards.
