Maintenance Plumber
Derby
£38,000 per annum plus call out and overtime
Permanent static maintenance plumber position available, working at a static site in Derby, working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. This position will suit an experienced maintenance plumber, with commercial maintenance experience, that wants to work as part of a small on site maintenance team.
Main duties:
- Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs (e.g., toilets, sinks, pipework).
- Perform general building fabric repairs as required.
- Replace filters, belts, and perform minor mechanical works.
- Complete scheduled PPM tasks and respond to reactive maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Requirements for this role:
- Formal qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ) in plumbing.
- Previous commercial maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Full UK driving license.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between £38,000 per annum, working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Opportunity to boost earnings via overtime is also available. Call out for this role is 1 week in 4 (£150 standby payment).
