We’re Hiring: Senior Hospitality Recruitment Consultant | PRS Recruitment
Location: London (Hybrid working available)
Are you a mid-to-senior level hospitality recruiter ready for your next big move?
At PRS, we’re expanding our Hospitality division and looking for an experienced and driven recruiter to take ownership of building and growing a temp and/or perm desk. With over 25 years of success in recruitment working the built environment, hospitality & catering and business support we’re well-established — now we’re looking for someone to help take our high performing soft services division to the next level.
We’re Looking For:
- A proven hospitality recruiter (agency side) with temp and/or perm experience
- Strong client development and relationship management skills
- Confidence to lead from the front and drive growth
- Someone with the ambition to take the next step in their recruitment career
- Someone who enjoys the freedom to develop temp, perm, or dual desks — FOH or BOH
- Autonomy to shape your desk and influence the future of the division
- Commercial awareness and a hands-on approach

- Competitive salary up to £40K doe + uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £60,000–£80,000+.
