Electrical Shift Technician – Critical Data Centre Environment – M&E, HVAC, HV
Northern Holland, Groningen and Eemshaven
€65000 inclusive of Shift + Annual Bonus
+ Relocation Allowance from Europe or within Holland

Position Overview:
As an Electrical Shift Technicians, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of a cutting-edge data centre. Working in a mission-critical environment, you’ll ensure uninterrupted power and optimal performance through expert maintenance, fault diagnosis, and adherence to strict operational standards.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- High Voltage (HV) Switching and management.
- Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Working on Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical systems.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all systems meet operational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in critical environments such as data centres, hospitals, or industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS systems, and emergency power systems.
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications (e.g., HV/LV Switching).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
