Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Location: Southwest London

The Company Our client is a well-established facilities and building services organisation operating within a large, multi-building environment. They deliver comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure buildings, plant, and systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
The Role Our client is seeking experienced Building Services Engineers to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a varied estate. The role involves using a PDA and a computerised maintenance management system to log and close tasks while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical systems
- Fault-find building services equipment and systems
- Work with logic controllers
- Interpret building drawings and O&M manuals
- Supervise contractors where required
- Accurately record work completed using a PDA and maintenance system
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Work independently and manage workload effectively
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building maintenance (preferred)
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Experience with logic controllers
- Ability to interpret drawings and O&M manuals
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience completing PPM schedules
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
