PRS Jobs are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter and Decorator to carry out a range of external and internal works, including painting lobby doors and communal areas.
The Role You will be responsible for:
- External painting and decorating works
- Preparation and painting of windows, doors and lobby
- Decorating of communal areas where required
- Carrying out minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to painting
- Erecting access equipment as necessary (with appropriate training)
- Using access plant and temporary screening to ensure the safety of residents, members of the public and the surrounding environment
- Monitoring decorating materials and requesting stock as required
- Ensuring works are completed within agreed budgets
- Maintaining and cleaning all tools and equipment to ensure longevity and proper use
